This site is dedicated to people who want to connect to their childhood dreams - in all their many forms. Because this can be a bit scary - I have decided to go first. I have put my childhood dreams on the site and encouraged my friends and family to do the same. I have already connected to some of these dreams in the past year - you can read about them on My Dreams Page - and others I am just starting to see what they will hold for me.
There are a couple of things I want you to know. There is no pressure here. Posting a dream doesn't mean that you have to quit your job and become a professional at it - although you can. The title for the site is inspired by the idea that what you really need to connect with is "The Dreaming You" - the part of you that knows what you want in life and what matters.
This site is a place to begin and nurture a dream. I am going to moderate all the posts, for this very reason. I am also going to post things I have learned from therapy and watching dreamers reconnect. This site is intended be a safe place to start and receive encouragement from fellow dreamers and possibly some good ideas for how to go about reconnecting to all the things that use to matter to you - and deep down still do.
So go ahead - Risk Everything! Dream!
